Shipping Policy

At ayurvedicease and on our mobile application (together referred to as the “Platform”), we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders will be dispatched within 24 working hours after confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or courier limitations.

Delivery Delays & Exceptions

• Delays may occur if your address is outside the jurisdiction of our courier partners.
• Customers must coordinate with the delivery personnel in case of incorrect or unreachable address.
• Delivery will be attempted at least two times. If unsuccessful due to unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact number, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

• Refunds for RTO orders will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.
• We do not re-attempt delivery for RTO orders. Please place a new order if you still wish to receive the items.
• ⚠️ Express or early delivery services are not available currently.

Product Expiration Date Compliance

In accordance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, we display:

• “Best Before” or “Use By Date” for all perishable or consumable products.

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD option is currently unavailable.

Processing Time All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
