• Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.
• Returns are accepted only if the product:
  • Is damaged or defective on arrival
  • Differs from the product description
  • Is delivered incorrectly

Our return facility is located in Uttar Pradesh, India. Complete return address details will be shared via email after approval of the return request.

⚠️ Return or refund requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. Consumable or perishable items such as oils, powders, syrups, capsules, tablets, honey, and rasayan products are not eligible for return once opened, used, or tampered with, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are accepted by mail or courier only. Customers must ship the product back to our designated return address after the return request is approved by our support team.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
